Where We Ship

We deliver Australia-wide only. We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Order Processing Times

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The processing time for your order depends on the type of product purchased:

Ready-Made Products

 

Items that are in stock and ready to ship will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that turnaround times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays.

Pre-Order Items

​

For items available via pre-order, the expected fulfilment and shipping timeline will be clearly detailed in the dedicated "Shipping" section on the individual product page. Please refer to that section for the specific timeframe.

Custom & Personalised Items

​

Since these items are unique and made to order, the production and processing timeline will be personally discussed and agreed upon with you during the consultation and design process. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Delivery Times

​

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days (metro areas)

Express delivery: 1-2 business days (metro areas)

 

Shipping Fees

​

Standard shipping is $10 per order.

Express shipping is $18 per order. 

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

Order Tracking

​

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link.

 

Lost Or Damaged Items

​

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at anne@schokkology.com.au.

 

Authority To Leave

​

If you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, we are not responsible for parcels after delivery.
